We upgraded and moved BES to it's own server. It didn't fix the problem.

It's odd that it only happens to some users. Of course they happen to be the biggest complainers.

Since I only have 10 devices and we've had some issues with the exchange patch I'd rather do the patch manually.

Has anyone done this? What are the ramifications?

Neither. I've checked for filters, none, but it won't send or recieve email on the handheld, the desktop email is fine. On both handheld and desktop I can add or delete calendar items, tasks, etc.......
