Have you checked all the services are running...

Have you checked all the services are running correctly (especially the Blackberry Controller by the look of your log)? under the right account?

Did you install using a BESAdmin account?

All sorted now dev thanks. It was SQL, I backed...

All sorted now dev thanks. It was SQL, I backed up the database then created a new one, also completeley wiped BES from the system and started again.

Posted a topic cpl of days ago about upgrade problems from 3.6 to 4.1. Well I completely removed 3.6 and did a fresh install with 4.1, all went in fine, connects to the SQL database fine etc.

You can plug the Blackberry into his desktop...

I'm now thinking of a quick way to get round this, luckily I only have 3 users on my BES!

If no-one can offer a suggestion, I might just remove the whole thing and start a fresh install from 4.1...
