I'm in the Bay Area and depending on where I'm standing in the house. I can get solid 3G or solid EDGE. Or sometimes it shows about a -96 on 3G but still kicks over to EDGE. Very annoying!

Is there a recommended number of users to stay under when running on VMs or is it purely dependent on the H/W?

Currently we're running about 1300-1500 per physical server and load is pretty minimal.

Today Plus Theme

Is there a Today Plus Theme on the 8800? I loved it on the Pearl and can't seem to find it anywhere since if I try to grab themes from Blackberry.com they tell me there are no themes for the device.
