I don't know about either Cingular or CincyBell but I can tell you... TMO SUCKS in Ohio in general. I have it in Columbus and it is awful.

I setup my gmail settings in my Tmobile webclient and also through my Gmail account in the settings category.. not sure if that is the correct way to do it or not. Gmail usually takes about 20 min's...
