same issue

Funny I just noticed the same thing..... If user sets appt in Outlook the appt synchs to BB calendar. everything is fine....BUT if a BB user sets the appt on BB, it synchs to Outlook an hour ahead.

Before you do anything else you should apply the SPs to at least get to 4.1 on both BES and the handhelds. Then make sure you have the same SP applied to Exchange, ESM and ESM on the BB.
