It's funny Jsanders was "questioning" some dude in BBM for wanting to check to see if someone still had an active PIN (or something like that)...he and others implied he was stalking or trying to spy...

So I sold my ATT 9700 to another BBF user in Canada. I requested the unlock code from ATT and they stated they could not provide it to me due to exclusivity agreement between ATT and RIM. Aholes.

Simply put, if you have multiple emails setup then that drop down box will always be there.
If you delete all but your preferred email, no more drop down box as the BB will have no other choices....

I was referring to a 9700 I had on ATT. I sold it on this site when I got the 9780 with tmobile. Its locked to tmobile.
I guess that's where the problem lies...I'm in a 3G area but I do notice that...

Yes I'm in 3G area...I ended up calling tmobile and they confirmed that their network does not support using certain data features while on a call. What a rip off.
