If I could get a faster, touchscreen 9700 the size of an S3 or Note, I'd be thrilled. I once set an older user up with a leftover 7230, and I was so jealous of the keyboard.

I had a major problem with the BES throttling policy not taking and devices dying randomly. My solution was to change the settings of the default throttling policy, which fixed it.
