How about a step by step to install Google PlayStore. Last time I tried on my Z30 it didn't work. No Snap, and no Google PlayStore. If you have a way to install and make it work I'm all ears.

BB10 is very refined and could be sold on devices if someone at BlackBerry would market it. Nobody there can do it, though.

And you won't even be able to wipe the device without a BBID password once OS 10.3.2 is installed on these devices. I wouldn't bet your livelihood on being able to recover data from these devices...

I dropped my Z30 a month or so ago...6-8 inches from my hand to the concrete. Screen crack. Fortunately, it must be the easiest device ever built to change a screen on. 10 minutes and $75 on eBay...

Size matters. The Z30 size is perfect...IMHO. The Passport has been getting great reviews (yes, I'm a bit surprised by that) but not sure it's for me.

Great analogy but you still haven't explained, EXACTLY, what you did and in what order. BBM can only be tied to one device at a time and to only one BBID. Let me see if I can decipher it.

I use the Sun Trust android app for mobile deposits. I have the Chase app and Amex app for my credit cards, and the Washington Federal app for my accounts there. Also, the Quicken 2014 app works...
