Hi, I need a little help please.

I'm using Windows 8, a BB Z10, and trying to install BB Link, the latest version from the BB website.

Opens up starts to install, but then fails, saying

thanks, I can see the advanced sync options, that seems to work ok, however on the actual sync process it clears 'old' calendar entries from both machines.

I cannot see an option on the bb to keep...

Joe, thanks vm for your prompt and helpful replies. I eventually seem to have cleared the problem, by deleting and re-installing the DM software, then exporting from outlook the calendar and deleting...

Hi, contacts - 1132 records, calendar - 696 records, so looks like calendar, cannot see a line as you suggest in the log, which I can mail over if it would help better - I'm on

Excellent advice, it's the calendar that seems to be the problem, not contacts, but here is an extract from the log

the last one is record 298 - but has - READ "<Unspecified>" against it
