Well, I created a new user on my PC and did clean and new installs of everything and it worked. Still stumped why it won't work on my original user side. At least I got it though.

I deleted everything RIM off my PC, even all the folders and then reinstalled everything. The USB cable works fine and DM reads the BB and even can still sync and do backups. Its always been plugged...
