Just to thank all those on this forum whose suggestions helped me. In case anyone else is having this problem then here is what I did and it seems to have worked. My battery is now lasting up to 48...

Thanks, went into FAQ and found that I had one thing running - have no clue what it was so closed it. Will also not let my battery drain down to nothing and will see what happens tomorrow. If no...

I've always had fb on my phone and have no maps. No-one can find any apps running in the background but if you can tell me how to make sure of that I would be hugely grateful.
