It's a 'use at your own risk' situation, since the OS has not been released by AT&T (your carrier), so any problems would likely not be handled by AT&T customer service.

Every so often, one of our BES-hosted 8700c devices will crash with app error 576. The only fix I've found is to wipe the handheld and have it re-activated on the BES.

Has no one yet found a cause...
