Fixed the issue by 1).turning off wireless...

Fixed the issue by
1).turning off wireless sync
2). Refresh Back & Restore Advanced
3). Highlighted and copied over to device...
Appreciate all the info guys led me to the fix... .

Databases that are unavailable in the list have been configured for wireless backup and are read-only. You cannot restore or clear them....

bottom line i did a backup of the phone......
