sounds like...

You might have to wipe the device using javaloader and reload the OS onto it. It happened to one of mine and it worked for me. If you need javaloader do a search and you will find it. Good Luck

Make a backup of your phone before you did anything to it? If not there's your first mistake. if you did then just do a restore and hopefully everything will got back to normal.
