If the theme is not specifically for the 8350i and OS 4.6.1 it will not be recognized as a theme. Find one that says its for the 8350 and try that.

Unfortunately there aren't any additional themes for this berry yet. Either Plasmic has to update their CDK to allow exporting of themes to OS 4.6... or perhaps the rumored RIM device software update...

Unfortunately, you will have to delete these one by one until you find the offending program. It's always best to load 3rd party one at a time to see how they behave. I've had the 8350i since 12/17...
