having done a battery pull/reboot the blackberry is now doing nothing. If I go into application management to look at CPU usage I would expect to see not a lot... the Phone app is going up and down...

as in remove the battery and put it back in again in order to reboot the phone.

sorry, should have been clearer... it is individual blackberry, but connected via bes to office.

was on a blackberry curve 8310 before which was fine.

Definitely a problem with this as CPU on...

Hi there - have recently got a Blackberry Bold 9780 on corporate scheme from Vodafone UK.

Originally came with software version .294 I think.... had problems with battery draining very fast so...
