Correct, unless you are with Tmobile, you can add @home wifi calling for 9.99. Anywhere there is wifi you get free minutes if it says UMA on your screen.

Holy crap. it DOES work and freaking pretty fast too.. I made sure my wifi on my laptop is off and the wifi on my phone is off so i know it is purely using the phone as a modem.. VERY NICE!!
