Also in the message re-conciliation the SMSes dont get backed up.. Atleast I havent seen it. If someone has seen SMSes get backed up into Outlook or desktop app.. that would be amazing.

Id like to know the same as well. Some way to back up the SMSes to some place on the PC. Outlook or non outlook location (DB, Spreadsheet, Excel or CSV) should be alright.
