7130C - how to remove email settings

Getting ready to sell my extra 7130C but I can't seem to figure out how to remove my email settings from the device. Any ideas? I've canceled my service and can't seem to do it from the PC.

Well I didn't say that correctly...when I open the DM it does launch the BT on the BB but the DM says disconnected and there's no sync of files. My DM is/was set up and working fine with OE before.

I went to Options>Language>Input Method> and then selected "English (US)" as opposed to "English (US-Multi Tap)".

Not sure that's the fix, but....

Stuck in ABC typing mode

I want to get rid of the ABC typing mode but it seems to always come back as default. I press and hold teh >> button and smart type engages. But then if I create a new memo it reverts back to ABC....
