You'd think they'd have their current BB models like the 8703e already available via SERO if they wanted to do it. As they don't it's resonable to assume they won't for the 8830 either unfortunately...

Sprint also seems to be free for tethering. Both Cingular and Verizon have (IMHO) deceptive charges for tethering. They are deceptive because there is no mention of these charges when you buy a BB...

Indeed, but only with EDGE data speeds on GSM. Plus Cingular charge double if you want both BB and tethered connectivity, which Sprint don't.
