If I read/delete an email on my BB, my Outlook updates. Might take a couple of minutes, but it updates. It will update in the other direction as well, but it takes longer. Up to an hour sometimes.

Back up your BB first and make sure DM is closed when running loader.exe.

hmmm...any time I've had a backup issue, a quick cache clear fixes it right up. Never had an issue with Storm version of WSJ hosing a backup.

Send FR an email about it and let them investigate.

Turning down the hover time does make the search happen faster.

If the OP doesn't want to wait for the search, they can always hit the menu button and run the search from there.
