Since both servers are running off the same SQL database then I am suspecting that you upgraded the tables when you upgraded server 1 to BES 4.1.3 and BES 4.0.6 cannot read the values.

Yep. That should do the trick. I just found out today about the "Proxy Mappings" setting. That will allow you to bypass the proxy for internal sites. It helped us load internal pages much faster.

The release notes said to remove the registry key before applying the patch. I am assuming the hotfix fixed the problem causing the excess CPU usage and reset that key to 0.

The e-mails appear just fine. Like you said, usually one or two seconds faster on the handheld. We do have it going through a proxy but there is not too much traffic on that proxy.
