Still having problems downtown

I did the *22899 update yesterday and still have issues dropping to 1X. I usually have 1 or 2 bars of signal (between -107 and -94 dBm).

Similar issues downtown

Since I got the unit yesterday, it drops to 1X about 30% of the time, and I have gotten "Data Connection Refused" more than once. Restarting the unit usually returns things to normal.
