The data plan for the 650 is different. I had a 650 prior to my 8700 and it would not work as well. You have to change plans for the BB, there is the "BB Plan" and the Treo data plan.

How long does it take on avg for you all to get pop or imap email to your 8700c? They say it is pushed and I should have it right away, but it seems to take 5-10 min for it to show up on my 8700.
