I'm interested in seeing what RIM plans on bringing to the table. It would take a lot for me to leave Android and go back to BlackBerry, but who knows. I used to say I'd never leave BB.

I doubt it. The trend is moving toward touchscreen-only smartphones, but the keyboard is one of few reasons die-hard BB fans don't move on to greener pastures.

To change the chat style (bubbles or stripes), go to Options > SMS Text. It has several options you can change.
Your other problem might be a bug, as I have not yet seen that issue on my Tour...

I use BeBuzz Free for repeat reminders on missed calls. It also allows you to change the color of the LED for various things, including missed calls reminders.
