I guess I stumped everyone? It's completely perplexing why after the 3rd attempt both domains appear in MF. I'm probably just going to call RIM tomorrow.

Odd.. I am logged in as my account which has full access to everything and I don't see Edit Role. I see Delete Role, View users with reconciled role, View role list.

So I have a bunch of people in my IT dept that I'd like to have the ability to only ADD users and set activation passwords, that's it.

Yes, 2 BES domains. Both domain are in the same data center in California, both have their own databases and bas consoles. One's a regular full BES, the other is a BES Express. I can log into either...

Does anyone here use Mobile Fusion? I have it set to manage 2 of my BB servers and sometimes it'll time out when I attempt to log in, then I immediately try again and it works.

Can't lookup names in GAL, and we rebooted the BES at least 2x times yesterday..

let me get you the MAGT logs.

EDIT: called RIM, seems the magical "recreate the mapi profile" seemed to do the trick.

we checked the NSPI limit on the GCS and it's at 1,000 and the throttling policy is set correctly.. Guess it's time to call RIM! :(

And according to this link, it has 6 causes. My users can send emails to other company employee's but cannot email to external addresses.

Seems to be fixed now.. I recreated the MAPI profile about 5 times today.. 2-3 doing through the BES config, and 2-3 by using the BESProfile.exe and nothing worked.

So I was at a RIM conference and they were talking about HA.. I asked the question of if HA can be setup to span across 2 DC's and the speaker said that it wasn't in RIM's setup but it "should" work...

Why will 4.2, 4.2.1 and 4.5 migrate but 4.3 wont!

I'm using the DB transponder tool and migrating between BES' and none of the 4.3 will migrate..says to use slowsync but that is the equiv of wiping/reactivating right?
