The only IMAP account that I use which possed a problem for the Z10 is one that uses StartTLS instead of SSL (that was correctly set by the Z10), and requires the full email address as the Username...

Hmmm, actually it does. Keep holding through the screen shot, plus about 3 seconds, and mine reboots. An alternate recovery method in case something happens to the top button?
