alright i figured it out and got my shared folder...

I had a Moto Q before my BB and it has the same charger connection as my 8830 the verizon people told me that they use different watts or something and will ruin my BB...

I agree fully. The alarm is very quiet as is the ring tone volume i just upgraded to the latest OS i found in the sticky notes and i don't think it helped really...
I hope something is done about it...
