Does anybody know? I'm sure its a software issue as it comes and goes. The touch screen is also playing up. I think I've downloaded a dodgy app or something

hi guys,

ive only had my torch a couple of weeks and its on a 24 month contract with no insurance :oops:

i dropped it today not far but from my pocket to the floor and the screens cracked.

sorry guys it was just the way it was being dealt with also.

taking a long time to reply to emails etc i was obviously getting worried.

the code didnt work first time round but i was sent...

well theres so many links out there and websites you dont know who to trust and as that one is actually associated with the site i trusted it more.
