The reason i was told by tmobile bb support was because of glitches. I have been receiving same email all day... over 400 now.. Also wouldn't delete text messages. the right rocker would not unlock...

To use AIM or BES you need a data plan. You can use Tmobile's 19.99 plan if all you want is AIM but it is more if you are going to use BES, I believe 29.99 a month.

deleting all emails

If you want to delete all your emails you can just scroll to the date, and then click on delete prior and it will delete everything. Of course this doesn't help if you want to keep one.

i believe hotsync is for syncing with a palm. the new pocketmac does sync data but I have not been able to get it to work. I had to use a pc for putting programs on my phone.

I suggest you do a search: 'syncing gmail' in the forums and you will probably get alot of responses... it is in the right corner!

I haven't got my 8700g yet so I cant help otherwise.
