Doesn't work correctly. Waste of money for 8830. Only converted one 3 min video, all others, .avi, dvd, etc. - DON'T play after conversion.

Make sure your Workstation Service is running...

Make sure your Workstation Service is running under:
Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

Will probably be the last service listed.
