It actually syncs with the notes personal journal. To create one go to workspace file-->database-->new give it a title and pick the journal template.
Then all you need to do is go into your inbox...

I'm trying to wirelessly activate a blackberry, and the address book contacts sync seem to fail at 100. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

We are using 5 different carriers with our BES. Just make sure you purchase Blackberry data plan and specify using a BES.
