Exactly my problem; all of these numbers and names are already in my address book, however the names will show the corresponding numbers in my call log once the call is through but only the number...

I have a 7290 and every time I delete a task and lock my device a little box with a check mark and number shows up next to the time. Anyone know how to get rid of this???? So frustrating. :-x
