BB Outage - 12/12/07 - Nextel - PA

All morning today I have been experiencing SRP Connection failures. The BES connects for a few minutes, sends a few messages out, then disconnects and I receive an 'SRP Ping Response not received'...

BB 8830 - VZW - Address Book not showing contacts

This is a strange one.

One of our VP's has the BB 8830, and I cannot figure this one out...

Whenever you go into his Address Book on the phone, no entires show up. He has no filters applied....
