Just to make sure when I move the BES admin and set the throttling policies it will not cause any outage; is that correct?

Yes i am on BES 5.0.3 MR3, I was going to set the throttling policies tonight and move the BESAdmin account as well. I just didn't want to break 865 users BB users by moving the BES Admin Account. ...
