Saturday night i deleted some one out of BBM contact list.

Any way to search my bes logs for BBM contact add or deletetion?

The contact pin was added that same day.

I do not have PIN...

I am running BES 4.1.6.10 for exchange.

I use to be able to send emails with attachments.

I lost the ability and when trying to send i get a red x.

I can recieve emails with attachments fine...

Yes all these devices were craddled previously. We were using 3.6 prior to our upgrade to 4.1.4 on saturday.
