Any idea if changing the screen of the curve is straightforward? Also, how to contact Blackberry UK to complain about the retailer? Thanks.

Have done, the manager is the one refusing to acknowledge any problem. Sure, it can still be used, but, there is a weak spot of the lcd screen which the company curve, or my previous curve does not...
