I tried the Jlcontender program and it won't wipe...

I tried the Jlcontender program and it won't wipe it. I have a handful of these phones and they all are stuck in the battery page and the battery is 100% good as it works great in other phones....

JC, in the download page for desktop manager...

JC, in the download page for desktop manager there is one now with SP 2, 230 MB and SP 1 with 45 MB. Will SP 1 still do the job or is SP 2 a must to remove IT? Thanks!
