Using version 6.0.0.43 on Windows 7 Home Premium

I can neither sync nor select the media that I would like to sync with my Blackberry 8900 (v5.0.0.822) when using the above mention Desktop program....

I've heard that those kinds of issues can be caused by low device memory. Go to OPTIONS>STATUS>FILE FREE and post back here... Start the process of elimination.
