Thanks for putting the instructions here - the instructions T-Mo gave me left out a letter in one of the secret codes.

T-Mo makes it so easy to unlock! I had to pay ~$30 to unlock an AT&T phone...

I am sure there would be extra charges there too. They don't have good roaming agreements with Canadian carriers, so any use of their network would cost extra. I would suggest you give T-Mo a call...
