Downloaded BB DM for Mac. It doesn't show any of my iTunes playlist but it still syncs as if it was there. Any help will be nice

I thought there was an option as to how many rings you can get (max of 3) and number of vibrations. Right now now I just get 1 actual ring no matter if I have it on Tone, vib+tone

I seem to have lost the option to change the number of beeps under my Profile option for Phone. It doesn't matter what profile I am on once you go to the phone option it doesn't have the option for...
