You have to set up your BlackBerry devices from the administration portal.
This is done in the office 365 administrator portal I use it for my 4 pc,one 9930 and a playbook and it works like a swiss...

Bridged with 9650 browsing is pretty frustrating to say the least. i expect that to change in the future. Looks like rim wants to play nice guy with carriers so they get a warm adoption from them...
