Thanks for the solution. You were right, on the BB it wasnt checked on 'Forever'.
So a few months went by with no issues.
Then I switched to Office 08 and syching became a mess with Pocketmac....

I had pocket mac working seamlessly until I upgraded to Entourage 2008. Now I can only sync calendar items....

Does anyone find that deleting more than one email (or sms) at a time takes an insane amount of time? Even 2 emails takes at least 30 seconds for me... but one at a time is as fast as the 8700.
