I think I may have realized why. the user thinks his pin is 4 numbers but I wonder if it is actual letters. I will try tommorow

I have today tried to activate a BB using the BB Web Manager.
When I connect the phone using USB it loads the drivers and then pops up a dialogue box asking for the PIN we have tried the users...
