Does anybody know if it's possible to completely disable the voice recording feature from the BES? I ask because I work in a very secure environment, and this is deemed a security risk.

This seems to be the least complicated way of doing things, the only downside being of if any database changes are made from the time I make a copy until the new server goes live. Having said that...
