apparently the ones on ebay and even ones sold...

apparently the ones on ebay and even ones sold unlocked on sites like amazon and newegg don't have a warranty. I guess I'll have to buy the phone though tmobile to get the 1-year warranty.

hmm. well I would probably have to end up buying an unlocked one, since I don't want to be in a contract. 3G isn't important. I would like GPS with maps built in, do I don't need a data connection...
