I followed an instructions on another site that tells you to go to the device manager then to where the problem is yellow exclamation and to update driver select from the pc itself and select port...

I tried doing that and for some reason it did not load my driver successfully causing it to only work one sided, I can send from my pc to my phone but it failed when I try to send it from my phone to...
