Both is true. BES 5 does not support BB 10 devices. The successor product, BDS, does support BB 10 devices.

There is no integration, BDS and BES5 are separate products.

No, you mixed something up there. You should upgrade from 5.0.3 to 5.0.4. You don't need 5.0.3 and 5.0.4 in parallel.

@Qster: I don't think that this IT policy exists in BES Express. One of the differences of Express to the Full version is that Express has about 40 policies and Full BES has about 400 policies.

You cannot directly sync your Outlook wirelessly, but you can sync with the mail server that hosts your mails. So your ISP/Email provider should be able to give you the IMAP/POP3/ActiveSync settings...

knotty is right. Besx means "BES for Exchange" (i.e. not BES for Lotus Notes or BES for Groupwise), so you might have received the full BES.
