Customizing BES 5 admin console?

Is there no way to customize the columns in the BES 5 admin console? I specifically want to add in the phone number for devices.

it's telling me that besadmin doesn't have send as permissions for any users still on 2003. I've gone on and verified that send as is checked for these users, yet IEMStest.exe when run from the 5.0...

Apparently it was only one information store having the problem. Everything works fine except for one mailbox...

I can't find any info on whether or not it would be safe for us to update the MAPI on our old BES and Exch2003 server to the latest to match the MAPI on the new 5.0.2 BES.
