If you simply run the latest installer, it will detect no Mail server (exchange or domino) and offer to install the admin console.

Well, our system is now Exchange SP2 and BES 4.0SP3HF1. So far, it's running smoothly, with no giant log files or unexpected CPU usage. No complaints from our three Blackberry users, either.
